“Nature doesn’t rush, yet everything gets done.” – Lao Tzu
These immersive workshops are designed to strengthen clarity, presence, and grounded leadership in complex, demanding environments. Rather than stepping away from responsibility, participants step into a deeper capacity to lead—thoughtfully, steadily, and with purpose.
Rooted in regenerative principles, somatic awareness, and systems thinking, the work creates space to slow down just enough to perceive what matters, make sound decisions, and lead from a centered, resilient place. The emphasis is on cultivating internal stability, relational awareness, and adaptive leadership skills that hold up under pressure.
In these workshops, I weave together embodiment practices, reflective inquiry, and applied systems insight to help individuals and groups:
Strengthen self-awareness and decision-making clarity
Align leadership actions with values and purpose
Build emotional and relational resilience amid uncertainty
Increase adaptability and capacity in complex systems
My background includes over 25 years leading people in high-responsibility, dynamic settings—as an outdoor expedition guide, retreat leader, and facilitator working with individuals, organizations, and communities. I bring extensive training in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, trauma-informed facilitation, and group leadership, along with deep experience managing logistics, risk, and group dynamics.
Each workshop is custom-designed for the participants and context, offering a grounded, practical learning environment where leadership capacity is not theorized—but practiced.
